DRUG FREE CAMPUS
°µÍø³Ô¹Ï College is a drug- and alcohol-free campus. Possession, sale and/or use of any type of illegal drugs, alcohol, or mood-enhancing substance by any person on any property owned, leased, or controlled by °µÍø³Ô¹Ï College is strictly forbidden. The °µÍø³Ô¹Ï College Department of Public Safety will enforce all federal, state, and local laws concerning alcohol, drug and mood-enhancing substance violations.
An employee found to be in possession or under the influence of any illegal drugs and/or alcohol or mood-enhancing substances on or off campus will be subject to disciplinary action and/or termination. Incidents occurring off-campus will be assessed based on the College’s Standards of Conduct procedures.
°µÍø³Ô¹Ï College offers drug and alcohol abuse screening/counseling programs to employees. The College employs experienced and/or licensed professional counselors to assist with drug and alcohol abuse.
